Same Day PBA Audio

SCOTUS has some great news for those of us who are watching this term's partial birth abortion cases closely. The Supreme Court will be releasing the audio from the two hour oral argument session right after it ends. The Court has issued a press release to explain how it's all going down.

This is a great move by the Court. It shows that they understand the high level of interest in these cases. I would love to see all of the audio from the oral arguments available online, similar to the way that the Seventh Circuit does it. Hell, they've even got theirs on iTunes now. This is a step in the right direction though. The Court has been good about getting the audio out in high profile cases. Hopefully, this practice will continue and expand.
