More Luttig Speculation

But all the speculation may be totally off-base, Althouse says. "I’m inclined to think that if he were resigning over a particular issue, he could have chosen to raise it, whether it’s salaries or how the Bush administration has handled detention cases," she says. "People are speculating, and that may say more about us than him."Yeah, it says that we (me included) need to get hobbies that don't center on federal judges. It's a little weird.
