Health Care Reform
Health care reform is the topic of the week over at the Becker-Posner blog. Becker's post is here, and Posner's is here. It's a pretty interesting discussion of the issue and the comments seem to be off to a good start. Their blog is one of the few that still has interesting comments that don't devolve into a name calling flame war. Even Volokh's comments have gone way downhill recently.
