Point of Law
I just added a link to the Point of Law blog on here. It's a project of the Manhattan Institute and AEI that focuses on litigation. I spent the last half hour or so reading it, and it's a great source of legal information.

Gentlemen, thank you for the praise. It's tough trying to carve out a niche in the overcrowded world of blogs, but I'm trying.
And this isn't why I wasn't in Tax (or any of my other classes) today. I was unavoidably detained for personal reasons. I'll leave it at that.
