More on Thompson
I said that I would post more about the Thompson decision, but instead I decided to go out for dinner and a few drinks. Sorry, I have my priorities. Fortunately, the folks at Volokh has a few posts about the decision. Eugene Volokh has a post quoting the important language from the opinion and providing some analysis. Check it out.
