There is something about the Supreme Court and baseball. I just don't get it. Justice Stevens is a well-known Chicago Cubs fanatic. Chief Justice Roberts used the umpire analogy extensively during his confirmation hearings. Justice Alito was spotted at a Nationals game recently. Alito may be looking to take the mantle of Biggest Supreme Court Baseball fan from Stevens. Stevens threw out the first pitch at a Cubs game not long ago.
