Alito Ceremony
The formal investiture ceremony of Justice Alito occurred today. This was the first time that he officially took his seat on the Court. His first Conference of the Justices is tomorrow morning. They may act as early as then on the petition to hearing the case on the partial birth abortion ban. It may be an interesting first conference.
