Clinton on the Supreme Court
Scary title, isn't it? I'm using the word "on" in place of "talking about," so hopefully that should calm some fears. But wait. Don't relax just yet. Here's Senator Hillary Clinton talking about who she would appoint to the Supreme Court and her views on the Roberts Court. Buckle up and grab a sick bag. This is rough...
"...the Constitution is an organic, growing, evolving set of principles..." Thank you, Senator Clinton, for giving me a pithy quote to use as a reason why I will never, ever vote for you for any political office.
Apparently, the Roberts Court is rolling back the 20th Century. I hadn't heard; I must've missed that in the pages of the US Reports. I can't wait for that legalizing child labor decision to come down, though. I will celebrate that day with cigars and brandy along with my fellow lumber and steel barons. It'll be like a Thomas Nast cartoon.
I love her whole "this (the Roberts Court) is an assault on progress"/dark era of child labor reference... but she doesn't believe in judge bashing. Oh, no. Only Republicans do that. Give me a break.
Honestly, there isn't a single candidate running for the presidency that I support. None of them make me want to run to the polls to vote for them. But I will take a Giuliani, Romney, Huckabee, Thompson, Paul, McCain, Tancredo, or Hunter-Supreme Court Justice over a Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Kucinich, Biden, Dodd, Richardson, or Gravel-Supreme Court Justice any day of the week.

Hillary Clinton is scary.
{the Constitution is an organic, growing, evolving set of principles}
Absolute HOGWASH-PUPPYCOCK.
Rhetorical double-speak. She said nothing. On purpose. She has inferred to the left, that she is for interpreting the Constitution in favor of whatever the left desires, yet she didn't say that.
Typical of the value-less Clintons, she is feeding the moon-bats what they want to here.
Furthemore, she is irresponsible for not making her stands clear.
This woman is SCRUPLE-LESS. Her next SCRUPLE will be her first SCRUPLE.
The Constitution is no more in flux or evolution than the 10 Commandments or the Magna Carta.
It means today what it meant in the late 18th century.
But to Test Mrs.Clintons triangulated speech, should Roe V Wade be part of this EVOLUTION??
Should the RIGHT to ABORTION, found no-where in the Constitution be exempt from the "organic evolution" of the Constitution??
Abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution. To suggest that the Constitution guarantees abortion is ridiculous. Has the Constitution EVOLVED into GUARANTEEING $13.50@ hour and health care coverage for MPS drop-outs?? And who decides when the first 10 amendments (Bill (not William Jefferson) of Rights) has evolved into 11 or 12 or even 20 rights?? Mrs.Clinton is saying what she thinks her base wants to hear. Yet in totally SCRUPLE-LESS style, she says nothing factual.
Hillary Clinton would easily pass a lie detector, because lies are part of her fabric.

I sort of collect copies of the Constitution... not on purpose, it just seems to happen. I currently have six sitting on top of my book shelves right now. None of them are organic, growing, or evolving. What am I doing wrong? Should I be fertilizing? Miracle Grow maybe? They seem to say the same thing every time that I look at them. Maybe Senator Clinton can help me...
