Massachusetts v EPA Briefs
In case you haven't been paying attention, the Supreme Court is going to hear a very important environmental law case next term. Massachusetts v EPA will determine whether the EPA must regulate carbon dioxide from cars as a pollutant under the Clean Air Act.
