The First Monday in October

On the first Monday in October, the Supreme Court begins its new term.

On the first Monday in October, Eminent Domain is back.

Looking forward to it!

I knew there was a reason why I never removed you from my feed reader ;-)

Man, here I thought you were announcing some great shows!

Folks, I love ya. Seriously. If you thought I was snarky in the past, just wait. I aim to exceed all expectations with my commentary.

I have a lot to say, and I know that I will have much more to say after this term of the SC begins.

We have an election ahead of us that will shape the Court for years to come. I also plan on talking about that in great detail (something that I've avoided mostly in the past).

And Phel, no important show announcements, sorry. But we will always be able to enjoy "Walk Among Us," one of the greatest punk albums of the early 80's. In fact, I'm going to listen to "Violent World" right now. I urge everyone else to do the same.

Good to hear...
